1. Prepare any of the stir-fried mixtures listed below; leave it in the pan. Then add 1/4 cup stock and heat. 2. Arrange the parboiled noodles (see Parboiled Noodles #1/#2 ) over the top of the stir-fried mixture. Cover pan and cook 2 minutes over medium heat. 3.
