Cooking Ingredients for Traditional Raisin Pie Recipe

1-1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 ts Lemon peel
2 c Water
2 c Chopped Sultana Raisins
1 Uncooked 9-inch pie shell

Traditional Raisin Pie Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Cook over boiling water for 15 minutes. When cool, pour into pie shell. Cover with lattice top. Bake 10 minutes at 450F (230C).
