Cooking Ingredients for Triple Easter Brownies Recipe

4 oz Butter/margarine
7 oz Plain chocolate
4 oz White chocolate; roughly
-chopped
4 oz Milk chocolate; roughly
-chopped
4 oz Pecan nuts; roughly chopped
2 Eggs; beaten
1 tb Maple syrup
6 oz Plain flour

Triple Easter Brownies Preparation

1. Grease and line a 7inch / 18cm square deep cake tin. 2. Melt the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. 3. Add the remaining chocolate, pecans, eggs and maple syrup. Mix well. 4. Fold in the flour and transfer the mixture into the prepared tin. bake in the oven at 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4 for 30-40 minutes until slightly firm. 5.
