Cooking Ingredients for Triple-Peppered Sausage Microwave Recipe

1 lb Fully cooked smoked turkey
-sausage
1 md Green pepper; cut into
-1/2-inch strips
1 md Sweet red pepper; cut into
-1/2-inch strips
1 Banana pepper; seeded and
-sliced crosswise
1 md Onion; thinly sliced and
-separated into rings
1/4 c Beer
1 tb Prepared mustard

Triple-Peppered Sausage Microwave Preparation

Cut the sausage into 2-inch pieces; slash each piece with a sharp knife to cut through. The skin and about 1/4-inch into the meat. Place sausage in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish. Arrange all of the peppers and onion rings around and over the sausage pieces. In a screw top jar, combine the beer and prepared mustard; shake well. Pour over mixture in dish. Micro-cook, covered with vented, clear plastic wrap, on 100% power (High) for 9 to 11 minutes or until sausage is hot and vegetables are just tender, turning dish once.
