150 g Light soft brown sugar;

Tropical Fruit Brulee 2 Preparation

Arange the fruit in the base of a 900ml (1 1/2 pint) souffle dish. Spoon over the creme fraiche to completely seal in the fruit and chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle over the sugar and smooth the top. Place under a preheated grill for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has caramelised. Converted by MC_Buster.
