Cooking Ingredients for Truffle Recipe

1-2/3 c Vanilla chips (10oz.)*
1 tb Butter Crisco
1/3 c Whipping Cream
1 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 ts Vanilla

Truffle Preparation

SMALL BOWL: Vanilla chips and Crisco on high 1 minute in microwave. Set aside MEDIUM BOWL: Microwave butter and cream for 30 seconds. Stir frequently. Stir in chocolate chips. Stir until cool and thickened slightly. Stir in vanilla. If it gets too thick, microwave a few seconds. Be careful not to burn. In little candy papers layer van. chips, chocolate chips, van. chips *Can use the pieces from the bulk food department that come in different colors.
