Cooking Ingredients for Tuna and Tomato Pasta Recipe

425 g Tin tuna (in springwater)
1 Finely chopped onion
1 ts Minced garlic
1/2 md Capsicum diced
8 md Mushrooms sliced
410 g Tin tomatoes chopped
4 tb Tomato paste
1 ts Mixed herbs
pn Basil, salt and sugar

Tuna and Tomato Pasta Preparation

Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
