Cooking Ingredients for Turkey And Broccoli Bake Recipe

1 pk (10 oz) frozen cut broccoli
12 oz Sliced cooked turkey breast
1 cn (10 1/2 oz) chicken gravy
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped celery
1 tb Butter or margerine
1 c Herb-seasoned croutons

Turkey And Broccoli Bake Preparation

Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and set aside. In casserole dish, arrange turkey slices at bottom of dish. Place broccoli over turkey. Reserve 1/4 cup of gravy. Pour remaining gravy over turkey broccoli mixture. In a small skillet, cook onion and celery in butter till tender. Stir in croutons and reserved 1/4 cup gravy. Spoon crouton mixture over casserole.
