Cooking Ingredients for Turkey and Swiss Pockets Recipe

7-1/2 oz Refrigerated biscuit tube
4 oz Sliced turkey
4 oz Swiss cheese slices
Prepared honey mustard

Turkey and Swiss Pockets Preparation

Place 5 biscuits from the tube on a flat surface; press flat. Place sliced turkey and sliced Swiss cheese on top of each biscuit, dividing equally. Spread remaining 5 biscuits with prepared honey mustard; place, mustard side down, on bottom biscuits; press to seal the top biscuits to bottoms. Quick and delicious. I used 2 pkgs. of the Grands biscuits (8 in each pkg.), 1 pkg. Hillshire Farms thin-sliced turkey and 4 oz. Swiss cheese to make 8 sandwiches. This would be good for a picnic-assemble the night before, cook early in the day and wrap them up for the picnic basket. Great sandwiches!
