1 lb Turkey breast – cut into

3 tb Gin
1/2 ts Schwartz Juniper Berries –

3 fl Chicken stock; (75ml)
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 pt Single cream; (150ml)

Schwartz Coarse Ground Black

Turkey with Gin And Juniper Preparation
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream.
