1 ts Salt
2 qt Water
1 pk Fettuccine noodles
1 tb Oil
2 tb Butter
2 ts Caraway seeds
1 tb Sesame seeds
1/4 c Grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c Gruyere cheese

Two-Cheese Pasta Preparation

Bring large pot of water to rolling boil. Add salt and oil. Boil uncovered until noodles are al denteabout 6 minutes. Drain. Toss noodles with butter, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, Swiss cheese and gruyere. Serve hot. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
