1 c Cucumber; peeled and diced
-fine
2 c Sour cream
1 Clove garlic; minced fine
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Chives; chopped or 1
-tablespoon fresh mint,
-chopped or 1
tb Dill; chopped.
