Cooking Ingredients for Udang (Prawn) Salad Recipe

1 tb Oil
50 g Prawn; peeled and
; de-veined
1 sm Carrot
10 sl Cucumber; sliced
2 Stalks spring onion; sliced
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 tb Fish sauce
1/2 ts Sugar
2 ts Sesame seeds
2 ts Sesame oil
1 Whole lime
1 sm Onion; sliced thinly

Udang (Prawn) Salad Preparation

Wash carrots and slice into matchstick size. Put into a salad bowl and add the sliced onions and cucumber. Heat the oil and quick stir fry the prawns and transfer into the salad bowl.
