1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
4 c Milk (3 c. if using fresh

6 c Stale bread (any kind), torn
-into 1 inch cubes (up to 8)

Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish.
