3/4 c Dark brown sugar
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 [16 ounce] pkg medium
-noodles
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Applesauce
4 Eggs beaten
1/2 ts Cinnamon
2/3 c Sugar
1 c Sour cream

Upside Down Kugel Preparation

Source: Faygie Spray bundt pan with no – stick spray. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into pan; place brown sugar over butter; place chopped nuts over brown sugar. Cook noodles and drain. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients together; add noodles and mix thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown. Remove from oven, turn upside down on plate and serve. Notes: This recipe, not quite the traditional kugel, is delightful.
