Cooking Ingredients for Vada Recipe
1/2 c Moong dal
1/2 c Urad dal
1 Onion
2 ts Coriander
1 Green chili
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Baking soda
Vada Preparation
Soak urad dal and moong dal for 2-3 hours. Grind dals into a coarse paste. Add finely chopped onion, salt, coriander powder, chili powder OR green chili, ginger and soda.
