1-1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1 c Granulated sugar
2 c Water
1/2 c Instant coffee powder
3 c Vodka
1/2 Vanilla bean; split (or 2
-teaspoons vanilla extract)
Vanilla-Coffee Liqueur Preparation
