3 Green chillies; minced
5 c Tender peas; boiled in an
-open vessel
Salt and sugar to taste
1 c Grated coconut
1 c Coriander leaves; chopped
Vatana Usal Preparation
(Maharashtra Food Recipes (India), marathi food) Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When the seeds pop, add green chillies and peas. Stir, adding salt and sugar, till dry.
