Cooking Ingredients for One Rye Bread Recipe

1 c Vegetable broth; or water
1 tb Canola oil
1 tb Unsulphured molasses
1 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1 c Rye flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 tb Cocoa powder
1 tb Minced onions; dehydrated
1 tb Caraway seeds
1 tb Salt
1 tb Vital wheat gluten
1-1/2 ts Active dry yeast

One Rye Bread Preparation

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
