Onion Pie Preparation

1- ea 9 pie crust Saute in butter till soft, remove from heat & set aside. Combine eggs, wine, cream, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Spread 1 cup of cheese on bottom of pastry shell, cover with onions and top with remaining cheese. Pour cream mixture over cheese and onions.
