6 lg White potatoes, peeled and
-thinly sliced
2 cn Condensed mushroom soup
4 tb Oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Fresh ground pepper
2 lb Lean ground beef

Onion, Meat and Potato Casserole Preparation

(Grimes Family Onion Recipe Collection) Brown meat in oil; drain and add salt and pepper. Grease large casserole dish and make alternate layers of onions, potatoes and meat.
