1 c Sauerkraut; well drained
4 oz Smoked turkey breasts;
-thinly sliced
4 oz Corned beef brisket; thinly
-sliced
1/2 c Thousand island salad
-dressing
Sweet pickles

Open-Faced Ruebens Preparation

From: Barbara Schmidt <smgin2@SPRYNET.COM> Date: Wed, 17 Jul 1996 13:57:52 -0700 Recipe By: bjs Arrange about 10 slices of party bread on plate. Thinly slice cheese to fit bread. Top with about 2 teaspoons of sauerkraut. Top sauerkraut with turkey or corned beef. On top of this add a scant teaspoon of dressing. (These may be made up to 2 hours in advance if refrigerated). Assemble remaining appetizers. When ready to serve, microwave one plate at MEDIUM for 5 to 6 minutes or till cheese is melted, rotating once during cooking. Repeat with remaining appetizers.
