1 Gal apple juice
1 qt Cranberry juice
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Bitters
4 Sticks cinnamon
100 Cloves
2 ts Allspice
Yield: serves 12 to 15

Orange Decorated Wassail Preparation

Tie cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a cheese cloth bag. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Remove spice bag. Pour wassail and oranges into large punch bowl. Place a small pitcher of Apple Jack Brandy beside the bowl so that each guest may add to their cup to taste. Perfect for Christmas Open House.
