Cooking Ingredients for Orange Mayonnaise Recipe
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 Egg white
1/4 c Orange juice
1-1/2 ts Confectioners sugar
Orange Mayonnaise Preparation
Mix all ingredients, except egg white. Set aside. Beat egg white to soft peaks. Fold into mayonnaise mixture. Makes 1 cup. Excellent for fruit salads. by Diane Geary <diane@keyway.net> on Feb 22, 1998
