Cooking Ingredients for Basic Wheat Bread Recipe

2 ts Yeast; bread machine type
1-1/2 c Bread flour
1-1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Vital Gluten
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 c + 2 T. water

Basic Wheat Bread Preparation

Add ingredients to machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle. Can do in timed baking cycle. Process on Light setting.
