3/4 c 10X Sugar; sifted after

1 tb Dry mustard
2 ts Kosher salt
3/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Onion; brunoise
2 c Salad oil
1/4 c Orange concentrate; thawed
1-1/2 Orange zest
1 ts Tabasco sauce
1 tb Poppy seeds

Orange Poppy Seed Dressing Preparation

1. Combine sugar, mustard, salt, & vinegar. Heat over double boiler to dissolve sugar. 2. add onion. 3. Place mixture in a blender and add oil slowly to emulsify. 4. add remaining ingredients to dressing and mix well.
