Cooking Ingredients for Orange Sponge Recipe

1 tb Gelatin
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Orange juice
3 Egg whites
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Boiling water
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/8 ts Salt

Orange Sponge Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add strained fruit juices. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set.
