1/2 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1 pk (8-ounce) reduced-fat cream
-cheese; softened
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 c Sifted powdered sugar

Orange-Cream Cheese Frosting Preparation

Process cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add cream cheese, vanilla, and orange rind; process until smooth. Add powdered sugar; pulse 3 to 5 times or until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
