Cooking Ingredients for Orange-Topped Chops Recipe
6 Pork chops; 1/2 inch thick
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 cn (11 oz) mandarin oranges;
-drained
1/2 ts Ground cloves
Pepper; to taste
Orange-Topped Chops Preparation
In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Top with oranges; sprinkle with cloves and pepper. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
