-cherry gelatin
1 c Boiling water
1 c Cold water
7 Fudge covered oreo®
-chocolate sandwich cookies;
-divided
1-1/2 c Prepared whipped topping
Oreo Cherry Chocolate Cream Parfaits Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Chill until firm. Coarsely chop 5 cookies; fold into whipped topping. Cut gelatin into cubes. Spoon half the gelatin cubes into 4 parfait glasses; top with half the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until serving time. Halve remaining cookies; use to garnish parfaits.
