3 c Cooked brown rice; cold
1/2 c Slivered cooked roast pork
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
1/2 c Fresh bean sprouts
1/3 c Sliced green onions
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 ts Black pepper
2 tb Soy sauce

Oriental Fried Rice Preparation

Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, onions and egg in large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over high heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
