Cooking Ingredients for Oriental Steak 2 Recipe
1/2 c Wish-Bone Italian dressing
1/2 ts Ground ginger; (optional)
2 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
2 tb Soy sauce
1 lb Flank; top round or sirloin
-steak (up to 1-1/2)
Oriental Steak 2 Preparation
In shallow dish, combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak, turn to coat. Cover marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours. Remove steak, reserving marindade. Grill or broil until steak is done. Boil reserved marinade, pour over steak. Makes 6 servings.
