Cooking Ingredients for Oven Baked Crab Dip Recipe

1-1/2 lb Crab meat
1/2 c Miracle whip
2 Cream (8 oz) cheese
2 tb Dry sherry
1/2 ts Onion juice
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Paprika
1 tb Powered sugar
Fresh parsley (chopped)

Oven Baked Crab Dip Preparation

Pick through crab meat and remove shells and cartlidge, set aside. Mix softened cream cheese and miracle whip till well mixed,add: sherry,onion juice,garlic salt,paprika,powered sugar mix well. Gently fold in crab and spread into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the parsley, cover and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees Remove cover and bake another 5-10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, our favorite are Bremmer wafers!!! Can be reheated in the microwave very well!!!
