Cooking Ingredients for Oven Barbequed Beef Recipe

1-1/2 c Water
1-1/4 c Ketchup
3/4 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c Celery; chopped
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 ts Chili powder
2 ts Beef flavour bouillion cubes
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
4 lb Beef stew cubes

Oven Barbequed Beef Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a dutch oven or roasting pan combine all ingredients except beef; mix well. 3. Add beef, over a high heat bring to a boil, cover and place in oven. 4. Roast for 3 hours or until tender. 5. Break meat into small pieces, serve in pita breads or on buns. Volume 01 Number 185 on Oct 31, 1997
