10 Baking potatoes
1/2 c Melted butter

Oven Fried Potatoes 2 Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters lengthwise. In large saucepan heat 2 inches water to boiling. Add potatoes and boil for 3 minutes and drain. Dry potatoes on paper towels, dip pieces in butter and place in single layer in 13×9 inch baking pan. Bake until crisp, about 1 hour.
