Cooking Ingredients for Oven-Baked French Fillets Recipe
500 g Fish fillets
1/2 c LF sour cream
2 ts Dijon
1/2 ts Tarragon
3 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
Oven-Baked French Fillets Preparation
1. In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frozen fillets). Drain off liquid. 2. In small bowl, mix together sour cream, dijon, and tarragon. Spread onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered for 5 mins until golden.
