1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Dried oregano
Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes Preparation
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
