Cooking Ingredients for Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe
4 Unpeeled baking potatoes
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tb Minced fresh rosemary or 1
-tsp dried, crushed
1/2 ts Salt; optional
1/4 ts Pepper
Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Preparation
Cut potatoes lengthwise into sedges; place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt if desired and pepper; stir to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45-50 minutes or unitl tender, turning once.
