Cooking Ingredients for Overnight Winter Fruit Bowl Recipe

3 Egg yolks, beaten
2 tb White sugar
2 tb White vinegar
2 tb Pineapple juice or syrup
-from a can
1 tb Butter
Salt to taste
2 c Seeded grapes or drained
-pitted cherries
2 c Pineapple chunks, drained
2 c Mandarin oranges, drained
2 c Tiny marshmallows
1 c Whipping cream, whipped

Overnight Winter Fruit Bowl Preparation

Combine the first six ingredients in a double boiler. Cook and stir until thick. Do not boil! Fold this cooled sauce into whipped cream, then fold into the fruit. Place in a large serving bowl and garnish the top with fruit if desired. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve cold.
