1 Box round toothpicks

Oysters Brochette Preparation

Drain oysters, discarding liquid. Cut bacon into smaller slices, sufficient to just wrap whole oysters, skewering with toothpicks. Place under broiler with a medium flame (about 350°) until bacon is cooked. Serve as hors d”oeuvre.
