3 oz Fuggles leaf hops
1 oz Cascade leaf hops
2 ts Gypsum
1/2 ts Irish moss

Pale After Math Ale Preparation
Mash grains at 155 degrees. Sparge with 170 degrees water. Boil, adding extract and boiling hops; the hops were added in stages, 1 ounce at 50 minutes, 1 ounce at 30 minutes, and 1 ounce at 20 minutes.
