1 Loaf crusty baguette; cut in
-12 slices
6 Ripe plum tomatoes; sliced
-in half
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pan Con Tomatoes Preparation
Preheat grill. Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread.
