2 ts Achiote seeds; ground
2 Shallots; coarsely chopped
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1 Habanero chile; roasted
-peeled and chopped
2 tb Olive oil
4 oz Goat cheese

Papas a la Huncaina, Mas O Meno Preparation
