1 tb Wheat flour
1 tb Fresh curds
1/2 tb Cooked rice
2 Pinches red chilli powder;

3 Pinches cumin powder
Salt to taste
Pareb Preparation
Take rice in a clean pan. Add curds and flour. Beat well with a fork. Add 1-1/2 cups water. Add salt, chilli powder and mix well. Cook while stirring continuously. When in starts boiling, simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cumin powder and mix Stir occasionally. It should be smooth and thick with grains of whole rice.
