1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1-1/2 c Crushed corn flakes

Combine mashed potatoes with garlic, parsley and cheese; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake in a slightly greased 2-quart casserole for 20 minutes at 325 .
