3/8 c Milk
1/2 c Sifted flour
1 tb Melted butter
1-1/4 ts Baking powder
Salt and pepper

Batter for Fried Feggies Preparation

Mix egg, milk and butter. Add flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth. Add salt and pepper. From a collection of my mother”s (Judy Hosey) recipe box which contained lots of her favorite recipes, clippings, etc.
