1 Container Rich s Whip
3 Eggs
Splash of vanilla
1/4 c Sugar
Any flavoring you want

Parve Ice Cream Preparation

Source: my friend Cheryl Matthews. Beat the Rich”s Whip for a bit. Add the eggs one at a time while still beating. Add the vanilla. Add the sugar gradually. Freeze. I”ve made this with some mint extract, and also with diced fresh fruit added at the end. Rave reviews.
