Cooking Ingredients for Parve Kugel Recipe
8 oz Wide noodles
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar as desired (up to 3/4)
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Raisins
4 Apples-chopped
1 cn (20 oz) pineapple chunks or
-tidbits-drained -discard
-liquid
Parve Kugel Preparation
Boil noodles-put in collander. In hot pot from noodles-wire whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon. Add raisins, chopped apples, pineapple chunks, then noodles. Mix well. Pour into greased 8×8 or 10×5 pan-metal or glass. Bake 45 minutes-1hour. If gets too brown on top, cover.
