2 Egg yolks
1/2 c Raisins
1/4 c Rum
1/4 c Butter
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
6 oz Cream cheese
1 c Almonds; toasted, slivered

Pashka (Eb) Preparation

Soak raisins in rum overnight. Blend butter and cream cheese, add egg yolks, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Fold in raisins, rum, and almonds. Chill overnight.
