4 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Sour cream
1 Lemon & rind; grated , Juice

1 Orange & rind; grated ,
-Juice of
3/4 c Dried fruit; snipped into
-sm. pieces
2/3 c Sugar

Passover – Cheese Matzoh Souffle Preparation
